You’ll receive a welcome email from us shortly. Please read it carefully — it will outline the next steps you need to complete!

You’ll receive follow-up emails from Gusto to:

• Complete your W-9 Form
   
• Sign your Contractor Agreement
   
• Authorize your Background Check
   

Note: All three steps must be completed before moving forward.

Once your W-9, Contractor Agreement, and Background Check are successfully completed (typically 1–3 business days), you’ll receive a final email with:

• Access to the PHC - Professional House Cleaner Certification
   

After you pass the certification exam, you’ll be officially invited to set up your profile and start claiming cleaning gigs on our platform!
